The menu is rooted in the Brazilian churrasco experience, with gauchos visiting each table to carve perfectly grilled meats, including filet mignon, beef ribs, lamb chops and chicken. Vegan and vegetarian options include fish or cauliflower steak. Traditional side dishes are delivered tableside, but many more Brazilian-inspired flavors are found at The Market Table, a colorful palate of fresh and flavorful ingredients inspired by recipes that are staples of southern Brazilian cuisine.
Fogo is reserved exclusively for SRU on this night, making it perfect for spending time with friends and colleagues.
Brazilian performer Kenia and her band will provide entertainment that is described as “singing, swaying, scatting, lively and absolutely irresistible.” This musical experience, combined with two free cocktails including the Caipirinha, Brazil’s national drink, might move you to samba. A cash bar will be available throughout the event.
